Writing this from dark Bansko

-

I'm currently sitting in an overly warm airbnb in Bansko, a mountainous ski town in Bulgaria where the air smells of burning wood.

I've been driving around the country scouting for potential land for a farmhouse purchase here down the line.

Driving through unfamiliar places brings specific ideas to the surface. These are things I know, but the mechanical nature of driving, where I go into a flow, brings them up.

Here are five:

1. All my stress comes from believing that anxious thoughts are telling me something true about reality. They never ever do.

2. The best decisions come from a calm mind, not from trying to think my way out of confusion.

3. I don't necessarily need more information. I need to allow the noise in my mind to subside so I can see things most miss.

4. When I stop taking my worried thoughts so seriously, options I couldn't see before become strangely obvious.

5. Moving through new landscapes in strange lands shows me that change isn't the problem; my resistance to it is.

I guide you through receiving these kinds of insights in my Untethered Mind course.

I'm not here to preach positive thoughts at you.

I created this course in a weekend because I just couldn't keep it to myself.

My life shifted from usually anxious to mostly upbeat and optimistic after receiving the same insights about the mind and thought that I share with you in the course.

When you see what I saw, you think more clearly and make better decisions with far less stress.

It's pretty neat.

I'm going to stop talking about it now and let you click the link below to learn more.

Sending peaceful vibes,

Alex
