Why change can be instant
LGS course to help your confidence closes soon
I know many good people who've been stuck in the same patterns for years.
When we reconnect, it's a similar story.
They're at a job they still hate.
They have the same fears about getting what they really want deep down.
And these come with the same old excuses about 'not being ready yet.'
Those who understand that ending their self-sabotage requires a shift in their psychology believe it's a massive undertaking.
They believe real change takes years.
All this therapy and self-work. Slowly chipping away. Bits and pieces.
'It will take work,' they say.
So they never start. Or they give up because the result they're secretly yearning for seems so far away.
But what if that's wrong?
What if your brain can rewire instantly in the right conditions?
Let's test this idea with an example…
Imagine you live outside a city and work downtown. Every morning, you take an old train covered in graffiti that smells like rotten fish. The journey takes over an hour through dingy industrial areas. The train rattles and judders. You feel stressed the entire trip.
The commute is why you're considering quitting.
But one day, a colleague tells you about a different route. It's a quiet monorail that takes you over the city like a bird. It takes just fifteen minutes, is half the price, and offers stunning views of the mountains.
You try the new train the next day. He was right.
SO: Knowing what you now know, would you ever take the slow, dirty train again?
Of course not.
You have clear evidence that there's a far better way. Your belief changed instantly.
That's how your brain works.
If you're given enough evidence to disprove a belief you currently hold, there's no point holding onto it.
See a new truth, and your brain rewires instantly.
Most people who struggle with social confidence, fear of judgement, or feeling stuck aren't lacking capability.
They're holding beliefs that feel true but aren't.
And those beliefs are holding them prisoner in ways many never realise until it's too late.
Beliefs like:
'People have power over my self-worth.' 'I need approval to be happy.' 'I'm not the kind of person who can do that.'
These beliefs run automatically. You've repeated them so often they feel permanent.
They're not.
The moment you see clear evidence they're false, they lose their grip.
This is why people stay stuck in the same job, the same relationships, and the same small life. They never took a moment to challenge the beliefs keeping them there.
And this starts by being conscious that your behaviours are being limited by a simple thought.
If you'd like to destroy this sense that something subtle is holding you back, you might like my course currently on offer at a special price.
'Let Go of the S#it That Weakens You.'
The course guides you through identifying the few beliefs about yourself, within the context of others, that keep you stuck, and then systematically challenges them with evidence until they collapse.
The rewiring happens quickly because that's how the brain works when you provide it with a better route.
Fifteen steps. These are exercises that create real shifts, not just concepts.
People report instant changes in how they see themselves and move through the world.
The autumn sale closes in 48 hours, Sunday, 12th, 4pm ET.
It's $79 instead of the usual $197. This price won't return until 2026.
