What if you approached 100 people?
the confidence trick most miss
Yesterday, I spoke about how weaving in more things that make you feel fear will change your life.
Modern society is unhappy because it supports fear avoidance like it’s a virtue.
Be kind to yourself, yes.
But value the power of fear. View it as energy.
See your courage as a way to get over the humps that block the common Joe.
Face fear to build uncommon confidence.
How might you bring more fear into your life in way that lifts you up and brings you what you want?
One way I did this to overcome my nerves around people was through confidence drills in the streets of London in 2017.
I approached hundreds of people each week, asking for directions, advice on films to watch, and even reciting my ABCs.
It was often weird, but awkward leads to growth. Exposure is ultimately the best way to overcome people-related fears.
I felt more alive during that time of approach drills than ever before. My anxiety faded quickly and my confidence grew.
I also made a 6-week, self-paced video course based on these confidence drills organised in a way that helps you overcome social anxiety gradually.
As you move through the 42 days of new exercises and drills, your confidence improves. It starts easier and gets harder.
Test yourself and have fun.
This is for beginners and anyone who wants to challenge themselves and unlock a new sense of vibrancy.
If you worry a little too much about what others think, this could be life-changing for you.
The course is called Fearless Program and I’m making it available today for you.
It’s a guided course like I’m taking you by the hand.
This will be the last time I share this offer in a long time.
Much love,
Alex
