what if confidence didn't exist?

LGS self confidence course closes shortly

Something changed my life when I figured out that 'confidence' wasn't a thing.

Confidence is a made-up idea.

When you see someone you'd describe as confident, the guy on stage who talks fluidly, the woman at the party laughing easily, or the friend who makes his friends laugh without a thought, what you're looking at is one of two things.

Either they've practised the thing they're doing, or...

They're NOT knee-deep in self-critical thoughts.

That's it.

I was a nervous mess for years because I was waiting to feel ready.

I thought there was a magic feeling I had to find before I could go on a date, give a speech, or move abroad.

The people I was envying back then were far less attached to the negative thoughts in their heads (unlike me).

It's not that they had fewer self-critical thoughts. They just hadn't stirred them up as much as I had.

And I learned it's much easier to NOT stir up those thoughts that cover up the true natural 'confidence' beneath it all, when you don't buy into all the false thoughts you have about yourself.

That's what my guided course 'Let Go of the S#it That Weakens You' shows you how to do.

The course walks you through the specific thoughts that keep you self-conscious (we extract what they are for you in the course), and you break them down one by one.

The relief might surprise you in its speed.

By the end:

  • You stop performing

  • You stop overthinking how you came across

  • You stop replaying conversations in your head at 11pm

  • You move first and let the feeling catch up

It's 60% off until 5pm ET today, then it goes back to full price.
