Waking the warrior in you

-

A few weeks ago I was feeling flat and uninspired.

The excitement to write anything with a hint of pizzazz just wasn't there.

But it didn’t stop me from creating something.

5 minutes into writing, the spark returned and I ended up writing for over an hour.

It taught me something I keep coming back to.

You are never closed off from a powerful energy source.

Conditions don't have to be perfect for you to enter the zone.

We forget because we fall into believing life happens to us.

It doesn't.

We perceive, and we choose. Perception is malleable.

We can perceive our lives as burdensome and feel debilitated, or as challenging and feel uplifted.

If you're broke and your family depends on you, are you going to cower in the corner of your bedroom?

Or are you going to take a breath, see this as an opportunity, draw up a plan, and take decisive action?

The second choice can be imbued with energy rooted in dissatisfaction.

That's where the warrior wakes up.

If you've been docile and scared lately, you've been neglecting yours.

He's asleep.

Use your awareness to say "screw this. I'm going to create a world worth living in."

Choose strength over weakness right now, and notice the spark working through your bloodstream.

The decision creates everything else.

The warrior can't stand up while you're carrying resentment, old stories, and fear of judgement.

Cut those loose and the strength is right there.

Let Go of the Shit That Weakens You is the course where I walk you through the exact framework for deleting the negative self-beliefs that keep you worrying about what others think.

It's built on twelve years of working through this for myself and overcoming social fear.

Peace,

Alex
