Three types of people
This program builds your social confidence fast
I've noticed three types of people when it comes to doing things that make them uncomfortable:
Type 1: Avoids uncomfortable situations entirely. They prefer to stay in their comfort zone 24/7. They watch others do interesting things while they stay safe, but get increasingly restless.
Type 2: Tries occasionally, but the discomfort sends them back to what's familiar. They never build momentum.
Type 3: Leans into discomfort regularly, but they see it as necessary, and often thrilling. They create new things regularly. They take risks, but those risks needn't be reckless. They live more fully and rarely complain about feeling stuck.
But what separates these humans?

I learned that those Type 3 folks are not necessarily naturally braver. They've just trained themselves to act despite their feelings. Their reason WHY provides a support rack they can walk along.
Fear for Type 3s feels less like FEAR and more like EXCITEMENT.
I know, it's oh so unfair.
But you're also clever enough to realise that you aren't relegated to Type 1 or 2. You have a choice.
It's accessible to all.
Including you. Yes you. I see you.
Note: Regularly doing uncomfortable things doesn't just build confidence.
It keeps your mind sharp and sparks creativity.
It gives you material to write about, stories to tell, and experiences that make you more of a character.
When you're always comfortable, your brain gets dull, losing colour and vivacity.
Your creativity stagnates, and you have nothing new to draw from.
But when you push yourself socially or otherwise - even in tiny ways - you're exercising the part of your brain that generates fresh ideas and perspectives.
Keep your mind strong and your life long by regularly leaning into things that feel like challenge.
You make this far easier for yourself when you view this as an opportunity instead of some gut-wrenching horror.
These little challenges don't need to be TERRIFYING.
What are those challenges for you, and how can you break them down so they're manageable?
Small steps, my friend.
By the way, The Fearless Program course gives you 42 days of quick social drills that train this muscle.
It's like a fun game that develops your fearlessness muscle.
You do these little daily challenges whenever you want, at your own pace, and the benefits will seep into all areas of your life.
But this offer ends tomorrow at 6pm ET.
After that, it's $97 again. And I might not run this price again.
Don't miss getting it at $39 when it's normally $97.
