The underrated path to creative power

We’re taught that breakthroughs come from effort.
Concentrated, neck-straining effort.
Charging into our minds like a bull in a porcelain shop.
But some of my sharpest insights have arrived in the spaces between things.
Brushing my teeth.
Wandering aimlessly through a forest.
Waiting for a bus with no phone in hand.
Good things start to happen in those moments I stop trying so hard.
I found my best thinking rarely shows up when I force it with a waving hand.
It always arrives when my grip on ‘trying to think’ ungrasps.
It’s why some of the most prolific creators bake silence into their routines.
I get to do this with my long walks.
Stillness used to bring me guilt, but I learned it was the most essential part of my day.
Stillness is just allowing an absence of interference.
And, though I’m not writing on my walks, that clarity bleeds into my overall calm and clarity.
Things become easier when I remember to cultivate stillness:
I make decisions faster.
I create with less resistance.
I feel subtly more alive.
This is what most productivity hacks miss.
I never needed to push harder.
I needed to unclog that channel.
That’s why I created Untethered Mind. To help you stop wrestling your thoughts and start navigating life with more clarity, power, and badass creative momentum.
Not through ‘trying’ effort. Through understanding (You’ll be surprised what I reveal in the course).
What if you didn’t need to fix your thinking, but just let go of getting in its way?
Explore Untethered Mind if you’re ready to experience the clarity that’s waiting beneath the noise.
“It was instant. I never expected this kind of clarity from Alex's Untethered Mind.“ - Sarvam Fating, UM course student.
Peace,
Alex
