Paralysed by choice.

Can you relate?

People come to me and tell me they’re overwhelmed.

They say they’re paralysed by choice.

There are too many distractions.

Too many paths from which to choose.

I tell them:

It isn’t the range of choice that’s your problem.

So, what’s the problem?

→ It’s the story you tell yourself about what happens when you make a decision.

Most people suck at making decisions because they can’t bear the idea of turning down options 2, 3 and 4.

This leads to a spiral of overwhelm.

The way out?

Make bold decisions faster.

Being good at making decisions is a skill, not a character trait.

You get better at it by doing it.

There is no right path.

Only that you made a choice.

And when you make a bold choice, guess what happens?

You aren’t so overwhelmed any more.

If you liked this, and you want to take your mastery of your mind and emotions to another level, you’ll enjoy the Untethered Mind course.

It’s the culmination of over a decade of personal stress and dissatisfaction. The course guides you through all the insights I gained that helped me turn that around and find my resilient self again.

P.S. I’ve been working hard on a mini-course I can’t wait to share with Ember subscribers, coming in a few days. The course will guide you through the exact process I use to have a crystal clear sense of purpose, so I have daily direction.
