I'm 42 in a couple of months.
In all those years, the mistakes haven't always felt good. But they're the moments I'm now most grateful for.
I know, I know. Sounds a bit cringe and life-coachy. It really is true, though.
Because the mistakes are DATA.
Beep beep. Boop boop.
Most people take mistake-making as a serious, terrible, bad thing that must be avoided at all costs.
But when I took a step outside the emotional meaning I'd been attaching to "mistakes" and saw them through a new lens, I was awash with relief.
This tiny shift has saved me countless times from turning into a quivering, sobbing mess. And after this long on the planet, you build up a serious bank of them.
So think about a mistake you're currently regretting.
What if it were one of the most valuable pieces of information for you this year?
What does that do to your emotional charge around that "mistake"?
When you see things through a slightly shifted lens, your whole emotional experience of life can change.
When you're less stressed and more optimistic like this, SO much more is possible.
And you know it.
If this idea tickled you, and you want the full series of insights that keep 90% of stress at bay for good. There are 8 of them in my Untethered Mind course.
It's currently on a silly low price.
Muchos Awesomenos,
Alex
