Just one word will give you total brand clarity
. . .
I have a client who felt stuck.
His coaching business was doing okay, but he was stagnating.
He was a bit tired of coaching.
He wanted to evolve, but his work was not.
He came to me about this, and we talked.
We discussed what kind of work he needed to do so he was energised and purposeful.
We soon discovered the core element of any business I look for with all my clients:
His transformation:
The A to B he is bringing his clients through.
Encapsulated in one or two words.
This one defining word, whether it’s ‘authenticity,’ ‘creativity,’ ‘business scaling,’ ‘clarity,’ or ‘freedom,’ helps define everything you do.
Everything is connected to his one word.
For me, it’s ‘confidence.’
Everything I create is connected to helping you transform in this area, and knowing I am helping you with this lights me up.
This word defines everything I do.
I might create a writing product, for example, but it is framed in the context of improving your confidence.
His word is similar to mine.
Finding his word helped him feel better about his business. Because now he has direction.
We learned it wasn’t coaching that was the issue with him. He actually loves coaching. He just needed the clarity and for his work to align with his big purpose.
He now knows how he wants to help, whom to help, what content to write, and what products to offer.
He’s excited to progress and is currently planning an 8-person cohort, which will run in a few weeks.
All thanks to one word.
If you’re in the game of leading people as a writer, creator, coach or teacher, you’ll benefit greatly from knowing your word.
When you have your word, you have clarity.
And that clarity removes the dread of building a business and brand that works.
If you’d like help finding your word, so you build a business and brand with pure intention, there’s a chance we can work together.
I have one spot available to work together this month. Last month’s sold out fast.
We can talk about your word and where to go from there.
Reply to this email with the word: ‘interested,’ and we can discuss further.
Cheers,
Alex
