I wasted 12 years trying to 'fix myself'

(and what I wish someone had told me earlier)

When I was 14, I was terrified to raise my hand in class.

The class was big, and I felt horribly exposed.

My heart would pound quicker just at the thought of answering a question in front of everyone.

I knew many of the answers, but I just hated the idea of someone else thinking I was weird.

I spent the next two decades trying to 'fix' my insecurities.

I tried therapy, journaling, and EMDR.

I tried pretending I didn't care.

I tried self-belief affirmations in the mirror every morning.

None of it worked. I still had social anxiety through my twenties.

And it meant avoiding a lot of stuff I should have enjoyed.

Like going to parties and not being a sweaty wreck.

I eventually learned I was looking in the wrong place.

All the above tactics emphasised my problem, making me more self-conscious.

I realised I didn't need to pile on more mental strategies, positive thinking, or confidence hacks.

I needed to unhook from the invisible thoughts and beliefs that made me feel broken in the first place.

That's why I made this course, which I'm putting on sale today and tomorrow, because I had an awful feeling recently that not enough of you guys have your hands on it when you need it.

It's called Let Go of the Sh*t That Weakens You.

15 steps to rewire your mind so you care less about what others think

And if you've ever felt like you're your own worst enemy, especially when it comes to confidence, anxiety, or caring too much about what others think, this is for you.

You'll see how most of your stress comes not from the 'out there' (as most gurus teach), but from believing the wrong story about yourself.

And when you learn how to stop believing the lies, you feel this beautiful sense of calm, self-assured energy more of the time.

It's nice.

That's what you get when you run through the exercises in the course:

Freedom from the mental baggage that's been weighing you down.

What has that weight been costing you? Maybe today's the day you draw a line in the sand.

Get the course at the promo price of $147 ($150 off) today. But only until Thursday, 22nd May at 5pm ET.
