I'm sitting in Athens airport, writing a scene in which my protagonist fights off wolves in the Finnish wilderness.
(The protag is in for a nasty shock, by the way.)
This is my life now. I've got two tabs open on my laptop. One is this newsletter to you, and the other is my first novel.
I've always been an artist at heart. But for the past fifteen years, most of my energy has gone into building systems that would give me the freedom to make art full-time. I built a design business, then a coaching practice, then workshops and courses for sale online.
Each one was supposed to be a stepping stone towards more creative time. And honestly, I enjoyed building them so much that I got sidetracked for about a decade longer than planned.
I now am finally spending most of my time on the art side. It's proving one of the best things I could have done.
The thing that made it all possible, if you haven’t heard about this enough from me, was consistent online writing.
I wrote about specific things, like anxiety relief, created short courses that helped them further, and sold those through my newsletter.
That really was the single thread running through all this.
It built me an audience, and a percentage of those readers regularly buy my courses, coaching and workshops.
Those sales bought my creative freedom.
If you want to build your own audience through writing faster, so you can create more time for your art (or whatever else lights you up), Online Writing Alchemy will show you how.
This course is for anyone who'd rather spend their days making things they care about than grinding on things they don't.
OWA gives you the system to make that switch real.
