He replies to every text too fast

I know someone who answers every text within a minute.

He also complains constantly that people don't appreciate him.

He keeps struggling with women.

And he feels taken for granted.

I don't think he sees the connection.

You're not obligated to be so available. And if you are, it might be a sign you need to fill your life with something more purposeful.

When I started exerting this boundary more - living a genuinely focused life that couldn't align with being there for everyone - a lot improved.

People started to respect me more. The drama in my relationships faded.

I began to see myself as someone with less time on his hands, which made me more purposeful. Success came faster.

It starts with giving yourself permission not to always be there.
