fidget games

I've always been fidgety.
People have said this about me.
I've noticed something.
When I fidget and run around trying to do too much at once (a common occurrence), it's a reflection of the state of my mind.
It's on a wobbly race track.
Not much good for calm, focused effort.
When I've relaxed, and eased myself into something singular for a SUSTAINED period...
Good things happen.
Books get written.
Tasks are accomplished.
Conversations with people improve.
I’ll never likely stop being a fidgeter, but I can manage it to achieve more of what I want.
And it starts by physically relaxing.
When I relax, even if a part of me wants to control my environment, my mind relaxes too.
The two are inseparable.
Untethered Mind is the course, by the way, that shows you how to internalise this long-term, rather than only doing so when you remember.
While most people are running about like headless chickens, this skill will set you apart.
