Don’t let your ideas fade because of this
. . .
For many online creators, a big fear is this:
What if I run out of things to say?
We're told consistency is the secret.
Show up every day. Post every day. Write regularly and your dreams will come true.
But how do you stay consistent if you're scared your ideas will dry up?
This fear stops many from starting (or publishing).
Underneath it all is the pernicious little thought: What if I let people down?
I've had these worries.
In fact, they still appear.
But over the years, I've learned to create and share regardless.
The world doesn't need you to be fucking perfect.
It needs your unique combination of struggles, lessons, skills, mistakes and stories.
It needs your humanity.
That's your brand. And only you have the power to release it from its cage.
Accepting that you will repeat yourself is the antidote to worrying you don't have enough to say.
A lot.
Look at my stuff.
I am constantly saying the same shit day after day.
If I hadn't allowed myself to repeat myself, I would have become a ping pong instructor a decade ago.
I would have never bothered to write a thousand articles online…
But, my goodness, am I glad I did.
If you want to build a brand, you will repeat yourself.
A turning point came for me when I saw that repeating yourself actually serves others.
You WANT to repeat yourself.
Your audience wants you to repeat the best ideas.
This isn't about being impressive.
it's about being helpful.
And people need to hear it several times for the ideas - your essence - to sink in.
The key to creating lasting impact is to let your best ideas echo until they become a familiar rhythm in your audience's minds.
This builds trust and familiarity.
This is how you turn a past experience into money and legacy.
SO,
If you've been holding back because you're afraid of running out of ideas, start easy.
Write about what you WANT to write about.
The energy you bring will infect what you share (positively).
Couple this with consistency and a willingness to repeat yourself, and you're golden.
If you're ready to tap into this with powerful words, my Online Writing Alchemy course will show you how.
You'll learn how to never run out of ideas, write with confidence, and build the kind of online presence that inspires people to want to follow you for more.
