Claude is planning my property purchase

I'm in the process of buying a farm in rural Bulgaria, and I used Claude AI to build the entire search system.

It's created a study file for me so I can learn everything I need to know.

It's built a timeline, showing me what I need to do, in what order, in the run-up to closing the sale.

It's created files for property requirements, deal-breaker checklists, phone scripts, in Bulgarian and a live task tracker for me and my assistant.

All based on what I’m looking for in the property, including at least a few acres, a house that has a roof, and small forest for vital tree-chopping.

It’s techy and I love it.

It took me about two hours to set up something that would have taken weeks of fumbling and forgotten details.

The plan was the easy part. AI handled that in a way that really surprised me.

The HARD part was deciding to actually do it. That's the bit that took me years.

To say, yeah, I'm going to buy a farm on my own in a country where I don't speak the language, and I'm going to build a life around that.

Most people don't struggle with planning. That's often a good reason to hold off on the actual doing.

They struggle with giving themselves permission to have something unusual in the first place.

They stay in the thing that drains them because it feels safer than choosing the thing that would be amazing for them.

I had to learn to put myself first.

And I don't mean in a selfish way (quite the opposite, actually).

I mean where you take your own energy seriously enough to protect it, because the world gets a BETTER version of you when you're energised.

For example, I'll write better books with a farm environment fuelling me. I'll create more from a place I chose than a place I settled for.

I no longer feel selfish about it.

Self-respect is the engine behind every unconventional decision I made.

If you want a practical guide to building that engine, my book The Art of Self-Respect is $19 with several other bonuses today. It lays out all the small day-to-day habits that will shift your self-identity fast, so you start making decisions with genuine YOU-driven confidence.

Peace out,

Alex
