Build your brand using this one tip:
. . .
Many of you are concerned about what's in store for us over the coming years.
Jobs are at risk.
And so is our sense of meaning.
If AI will do everything, then where does that leave you?
My answer to both is this:
You need to be known as someone who solves real problems.
AI may be able to solve some.
But humans like you and I are still hugely valuable for others.
People want to be guided to the right places by people they like and trust.
That's where you come in.
Become known as someone who can improve lives in some way, even if it's in a small way.
When you have a way to contribute like this, and ideally get paid for it, you have:
A meaningful life of contribution.
A way to secure yourself should finding a job no longer be an option.
Becoming a 'creator' is one of the most effective routes into this.
A creator basically makes helpful content in the form of articles, videos, podcasts and more.

"In today's society... You get rewarded for creative work."
When you do this, you attract trusting followers.
The more followers you have, the more opportunities you have for impact and income.
But many of you say you don't know where to start.
Your job, then, is to find the problems people have that you can solve in your unique, special way.
List them out.
Many of these problems you already know, because you are on your own transformation. These transformations contain thousands of little problems you can solve.
And your job is guiding others through a similar transformation, a few steps ahead of them.
You've got experiences that can now be channelled into helping people.
So your task is this:
Figure out what problems you can solve that you have already solved.
Then start creating content that demonstrates how you do this.
As you do, more people will want to hear more from you because you are proving yourself to be USEful to them.
Choose a form of content to share.
Choose one platform through which to share this content regularly.
This creates a powerful asset for you that gives you meaning and security into an uncertain future.
By the way, your responses to my questions in a previous email were extremely helpful.
I'd love as much depth to your feedback as possible, so I'm going to ask another question.
Just hit reply to this email with your response. It helps me define how I'll help you next.
Here it is:
Q) What are the 1-3 things that stop you getting into regular online content creation?
Thanks!
