7 counterintuitive tips for boosting longevity

Hello, my name is Alex, and I'm a human.
Life isn't always great.
In fact, it's often s#it.
But I like it enough to want to live for a long time.
I have a hundred books I plan to write, for example.
(And I want to build an off-grid farm in a forest)
Longevity is important for me, and I found some funky tips that most don't talk about, so you live long:
Stop fixing yourself and start creating remarkable things. Your body stays healthy for you when it sees you creating like a maniac, so freaking stop worrying about your past and create.
Stop saving people and be more selfish. Have relationships that are win-win only.
Think less. Overthinking causes stress and anxiety. When we let go and are more present, we feel more hopeful, creative and are healthier.
Make stronger bonds with fewer people. Social quality beats social quantity.
Enjoy yourself more. No one said a life lived well needed to be a constant hustle. Focus on the few things you need to do and find a way to enjoy them all.
Don't take life so seriously. Society told you it was serious, and you believed it. It's not. Serious people die young.
Find your enemy. You need a life with a strong enough reason to act - a mission. There are no good missions without powerful enemies to fight against.
Over the past 16 years, I've found the best outlet for my sense of mission is online writing. It brought me 200k readers, a passion I'm now obsessed with, and my freedom.
Online Writing Alchemy shows you how to write like a top 1% online writer, so you can live out your mission through powerful writing.
Love, Alex
